Setting of acceleration/deceleration time and acceleration/deceleration pattern
4.9
Setting of acceleration/deceleration time and acceleration/
deceleration pattern
Purpose
To set motor acceleration/
deceleration time
To set starting speed
To set acceleration/deceleration
pattern suitable for application
4.9.1
Setting of the acceleration and deceleration time
(Pr.7, Pr.8, Pr.20, Pr.44, Pr.45, Pr.147, Pr.375, Pr.791, Pr.792)
Used to set motor acceleration/deceleration time.
Set a larger value for a slower speed increase/decrease or a smaller value for a faster speed increase/decrease.


When a value exceeding 3000 r/min is set, the rotation speed will be limited at 3000 r/min.
Also, when an S-PM geared motor is used, the maximum setting value differs depending on the drive unit capacity. (0.2 to 2.2K: 12000 r/min, 3.7K: 8000
r/min)

Description
Motor acceleration time.
Motor deceleration time.
Speed that will be the basis of acceleration/
deceleration time.
As acceleration/deceleration time, set the
frequency change time from stop to Pr.20.
Acceleration/deceleration time when the RT signal
is ON.
Deceleration time when the RT signal is ON.
Acceleration time = deceleration time
Speed when automatically switching to the
acceleration/deceleration time of Pr.44 and Pr.45.
No function
When the acceleration rate of the motor rotation
speed has exceeded the set value, the
acceleration rate error (E.OA) occurs.
Faulty acceleration rate detection is disabled.
Acceleration time in the low-speed range (300r/
min or lower)
The Pr.7 setting is used as the acceleration time.
Deceleration time in the low-speed range (300r/
min or lower)
The Pr.8 setting is used as the deceleration time.
