Programming the TOC Autozero

If your application requires you to perform on-line TOC measurements, you may want to set the
Analyzer to automatically perform a TOC Autozero at a specific interval. The TOC Autozero is
recommended only if the TOC concentration in the sample stream is 50 ppb or less. The TOC
Autozero function is described in more detail on page 140.
1.
If the Analyzer is taking measurements, press the Stop Analysis button.
2.
Press the Menu button, select the Maintenance tab, and press the Calibrate button.
3.
Press the Program Autozero button.
4.
Press the State button and select On.
5.
Press the Frequency button and use the number keypad to enter how often you want to
program the TOC Autozero function to work. The Frequency is measured in days; if you
enter 7 the TOC Autozero will run every week starting one week from the date you specify.
For example, if you enter 14, it will run every two weeks.
