When this instruction is used in safety programs executed by the Safety CPU, unless otherwise specified,
replace some words as follows:
• "Timer"  "Safety timer"
• "Retentive timer"  "Safety retentive timer"
• "Counter"  "Safety counter"
• Add "SA\" to the devices "X" and "M" in Figures. (Example: "X0"  "SA\X0", "M0"  "SA\M0")
• "Scan time"  "Safety cycle time"
• MC: This instruction starts a master control.
• MCR: This instruction ends a master control.
