Security

The Security screen allows you to lock out the EDIT key in order to
keep crew members or visitors from changing settings that you have
made. Once this feature is enabled, a press of the EDIT key will require
the correct password to gain access. To disable the security functions,
you will be prompted to enter a 5 digit password. You will then be
prompted to reenter the password. The security function is then dis-
abled until you enter a new password through the CFG1 Security
screen again. Be sure to keep your password in a safe place. If you lose
your password, you will need to call the factory to reset the security
feature.
