Assumption:
PRG41-24-02 ACD Agent info for Caller ID 0 = Agent Extension number

Receive ACD inbound call (Group1) from originator (214-555-1212), and
answers the call by Agent100 (AIC login: Group1/3).
Agent 103 is pressing Marking LK.
=> LCD display [Save completed] -> [Marked]
=> CID registers buffer [CID = 214-555-1212, Agent Extension number = 103]
