Reviewing a Record Rule

Rev 1.02
Note
To determine recording times for a 30 GB hard drive, multiply the hours in
Table 5-12
by 0.75; for a 60 GB hard drive, multiply by 1.5, and for an 80 GB
hard drive, multiply by 2.0.
The Rule Summary provides a summary of the record rule based on your settings. To view
your selections, select the rule you created. The description populates in the Summary
area. This non-editable summary provides the technical details of the rule and is generated
by the Toolbox application.

Rule Summary
Record rules are listed from the highest to the lowest priority. The HTRD400 Recorder
reacts to the record rule at the top of the list first. That is, the recorder responds to the
highest priority and ignores all other rules as long as the first rule (highest priority)
conditions are active.
Example
Set rear door open as rule 1 (highest priority).
Set ignition as lowest priority.
