V2.0/V1.2 New Features

Rev 1.02
Note
V2.0 is completely interoperable with V1.2.
Advanced search
The Player application allows you to quickly locate a specific instance by narrowing your
search parameters. You can search by:
Time frame: time, date, date and time, day of week, day of week and time
Trigger(s)
Camera(s)
Record rule(s)
Vehicle speed, when GPS is installed and enabled
Player Lite
Player Lite supports archiving clips as a self-contained executable that can be sent to a third
party for viewing on any PC—even those without BusView installed. Player Lite supports
Microsoft Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4), XP Professional and XP Home Edition (Service
Pack 2).
Online Help system
The Toolbox and Player applications both contain an embedded, user-centered Help
system with full-featured contents, index, and search capabilities.
New image quality and record rate settings
The new Extended image quality and fractional FPS settings can maximize hard drive
storage.
Camera replacement
The Toolbox makes replacing a camera a quick two-step process. Select the existing
camera, then select the replacement camera. As long as the camera name remains the
same, all existing record rules based on that camera remain valid.
Camera coverage
The new Camera Coverage option on the Task Overview tab allows you to see the field of
view of all connected cameras at any time. You can also save an image of the current live
view (in .jpg format).
