Archiving All the Clips on the HTRD400 Recorder Hard Drive

Archiving a single image saves the image in JPEG (.jpg) format. To archive a single image:

step 1

step 5

Click the desired image, then click Save
only the image from that camera will be saved. When you click the global Save button
(bottom right on the Player Quad screen), an image of all active cameras will be
saved.

The Save As dialog displays. Select a destination folder to save the image. You can
either accept the default location or enter another file path.

When prompted, create a name for the file. The Save as type must be Still Image (*
.jpg).

Click Save. The information automatically copies to the selected archive folder,
without erasing the source information on the recorder hard drive.
To avoid losing any data, we recommend that you regularly archive any clips you may
require in the future.
Caution
If you have set the recording mode to Stop, the recorder stops
recording when the hard drive is full and does not record again until
you erase the hard drive or change the recording mode to Recycle.
