Overview

Introduction

This manual describes the functions and operation of the
XVS-G1 Multi Format Switcher system.
It describes image creation and configuration using the
ICP-X1224, ICP-X1216, ICP-X1124, or ICP-X1116
Compact Control Panel.

The signal formats in the menu and this manual are
denoted as given below.
This system supports 2160P 2SI, 1080P, and 1080i signal
formats.

signals and output signals.

a) Supports SMPTE ST 425-5/SMPTE ST 2082-1, level A, 2-sample
interleave division (2SI).
b) Supports SMPTE ST 425-1, level A.
GPUs (Graphics Processing Unit)
In this manual, "GPU" refers to the functions supported by
installing the XKS-G1600 GPU Pack option.
GPUs can be used for the following functions.
• DME
• SL key
• Clip player
Screenshots and illustrations
The display of operation buttons and menu screens may
vary depending on the system configuration.

About DMEs

The DME function is not supported in version 1.0.
The following settings and operations included in this
document are not currently supported.
