4.4.6 MIS INSERTION FEATURE
A Pin and gate device that prevents the insertion
of a circuit breaker into a cassette if the nominal
rating of the breaker is incompatible with that of
the cassette and its ancillary equipment.
Recommended configurations are provided with
the Mis Insertion Feature for the entire ME10
range.
Installation.. Fig. A shows a pin block assembly
mounted on the circuit breaker (two are needed,
1 left & 1 right).
It is fixed by:
Envelope T: Using the supplied M4x20 Hex
socket screws and Belleville washers. Torque to
2.5 -3.5 Nm.
Envelope 1: By replacing the corresponding hex.
with bolts size M6x115 mm.
Envelope 2 & 3: By replacing the corresponding
hex. with bolts size M6x40 mm. Here the special
Nut included in the device kit must be used.
(Replacing existing nut)
Envelope 1, 2 & 3: Torque M6 Hex screws to 8
Nm.
Fig. B shows the corresponding restrainer
assembly mounted on the cassette by two M4
nuts and lock washers. There are two of these
assemblies, the other is fitted to the opposite
side of the cassette.
Use
Place the pins and gates to match the indicated
recommended configurations.

4.4.6 VERWECHSLUNGSSCHUTZ
Ein Zuordnungsprüfteil, dass die Einbringung
eines Leistungsschalter in einen Einschubträger
verhindert, wenn die Nennleistung des
Leistungsschalters unvereinbar mit der des
Einschubträgers/Zusatzeinrichtung ist.
Konfigurationen mit der Verwechslungsschutz-
Funktion sind für die gesamte ME10
Leistungsschalterreihe vorhanden.
Montage.. Abb. A zeigt eine
Verwechslungsschutz-Montagegruppe am
Leistungsschalter (Zwei werden benötigt, 1er
links & 1er rechts).
Sie wird angebaut in:
Baugröße T: ..mittels mitgelieferter M4x20 mm
Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben. Drehmoment
2,5-3,5 Nm.
Baugröße 1: ..indem sie die entsprechende
Schraube gegen eine Schrauben M6x115 mm
tauschen.
Baugröße 2 & 3: ..indem sie die entsprechende
Schraube gegen M6x40 mm ersetzen. Hier bitte
die spezielle Mutter aus dem Bausatz einsetzen
(Vorhandene Mutter ersetzen).
Baugröße 1, 2 & 3: Alle Schrauben mit 8 Nm
festziehen.
Abb. B zeigt die entsprechende
Verwechslungsschutz-Montagegruppe auf dem
Einschubträger mit einer M4-Mutter und

Federring montiert. Es gibt zwei dieser
Verwechslungsschutzbausteine, der andere wird
an der gegenüberliegenden Seite des
Einschubträgers montiert.

jeweilige angegebene Konfiguration.

4.4.6 SISTEMA DI PREVENZIONE
INSERIMENTO ERRATO
Questa coppia di dispositivi impedisce
l'inserimento di un interruttore in una parte fissa
se la potenza nominale dell'interruttore è
incompatibile con quella della parte fissa e dei
suoi accessori.
Con il sistema di prevenzione inserimento errato
sono fornite le configurazioni consigliate per
l'intera gamma ME10.
Installazione.. La figura A mostra un blocco pin
montato sull'interruttore (ne servono 2, uno a
sinistra e uno a destra).
Il fissaggio avviene:
Taglia T: ..utilizzando le viti fornite M4x20 a
brugola e rondelle coniche Belleville. coppia 2.5 -
3.5 Nm.
Taglia 1: ..sostituendo i corrispondenti con
bulloni M6x115 mm.
Taglie 2 e 3: ..sostituendo i corrispondenti con
bulloni M6x40 mm. Qui il dado speciale incluso
nel kit deve essere utilizzato. (Sostituzione dado
esistente)
Taglie 1, 2 e 3: ..viti esagonali M6 coppia di 8
Nm.
La Fig. B mostra il blocco corrispondente
montato sulla parte fissa con due dadi e rondelle
M4. Sono previsti due di questi blocchi: l'altro è
montato sul lato opposto della parte fissa.

da abbinare per le configurazioni indicate.
