4.1.5 Closing Coil (CC):
A closing coil releases the energy stored within
the spring charged mechanism, when energized.
It is used to switch the breaker on remotely and
ensures a rapid closing of the breaker mains
contacts.
Closing Coils are available as a factory mounted
devices or as a easy to fit field installable units in
a wide range of voltages.
Installation of Closing Coil
1. The breaker should be safely isolated and
fully withdrawn to disconnected position.
2. Remove the fascia as explained...
3. This accessory is mounted on the mechanism
top plate at 3.rd location as shown in Fig. F.
4. Tilt the coil forward and engage the front
hooks into the mechanism top support plate as
shown in the Fig. B.
5. Tilt the device backwards until the rear hooks
engage in the slots on the mechanism top
support plate as shown in the Fig. C.
6. After installing the closing coil on the
mechanism top plate, connect the input wire
assembly plug to the A9-A10 locations marked
on the secondary disconnect as shown in Fig. D.
7. Ensure that the plug in connection is firm and
that the plug is inserted into the correct
terminals.
8. Assemble the fascia as explained.

Gebrauchsanleitung
4.1.5 Abrufmagnet (CC):
Der Abrufmagnet wird verwendet, wenn man
den Leistungsschalter fernbetätigt verwenden
will. Wenn er aktiviert wird, löst er den
Federspannmechanismus aus, damit es zu einer
schnellen Schließung der Hauptkontakte
kommen kann. Der CC ist verfügbar als ein
Voltage
24V DC
48V AC-DC
60V DC
110-130V AC-DC
220-240V AC-DC
277V AC; 250V DC
380- 415V AC
440V AC
werkseitig montiertes oder als ein einfaches,
Vor-Ort installierbares Gerät mit breitem
Spannungsbereich.
Installation des Abrufmagneten
1. Der Leistungsschalter sollte sicher isoliert und
vollständig in die GETRENNT-Stellung gebracht
worden sein.
2. Entfernen Sie die Frontabdeckung wie unten
beschrieben.
3. Setzen Sie das Modul an der dritten Stelle auf
die Modul-Trägerplatte auf, siehe Abb. F.
4. Kippen Sie das Modul nach vorn, damit die
vorderen Haken in die Trägerplatte eingreifen,
wie in der Abb. B gezeigt.
5. Kippen Sie das Gerät rückwärts, bis die
hinteren Haken in die Schlitze in der Trägerplatte
einrasten, wie in der Abb. C gezeigt.
6. Nach der Montage des Befehls-
Abrufmagneten auf der Trägerplatte schließen
Sie den Eingangsleiterstecker an der mit A9-A10
bezeichneten Position an dem Hilfstrennblock
an, wie in Abb. D gezeigt.
7. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der
Verdrahtungsstecker fest in die richtigen
sekundären Hilfstrennblock-Anschlüsse
eingesteckt wird.
8. Setzen Sie die Frontabdeckung in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder auf.

Installazione bobina di chiusura
1. L'interruttore deve essere isolato in modo
sicuro e completamente estratto in posizione
DISCONNECTED.
2. Togliere la copertura anteriore come indicato.
3. Questo accessorio viene montato sulla
piastra superiore del meccanismo nella 3
posizione, come illustrato in Fig. F.
4. Inclinare il dispositivo in avanti finché i ganci
anteriori si inseriscono nella piastra di supporto
superiore del meccanismo come mostrato in Fig.
B.
5. Inclinare il dispositivo all'indietro finché i fermi
posteriori si inseriscono nelle fessure della
piastra di supporto superiore del meccanismo
come mostrato in Fig. C
6. Dopo aver installato la bobina di sulla piastra
di supporto superiore del meccanismo, inserire
lo spinotto di collegamento nelle posizioni
A9/A10 indicate sui morsetti di sezionamento
ausiliari come mostrato in Fig. D.
7. Assicurarsi che lo spinotto sia collegato in
modo saldo e sia inserito nei terminali corretti.
8. Rimontare la copertura anteriore come
indicato.
Removal of Front cover
1. Remove pad locks, installed if any.
2. Unscrew the 6 [Env. T = 4] screws (6Nm, 4.42ft-lbs) using a Pozidrive screw driver
as shown in Fig. A&B.
3. Rotate the charging handle down and slide the front
cover over the handle to remove out as shown in Fig. C.
Abbau der Frontabdeckung
1. Entfernen Sie installierte Vorhängeschlösser.
2. Lösen Sie die 6 [Baugr. T = 4] Schrauben (6Nm) mit einem Pozidrive-
Schraubenzieher wie in Abb. A&B dargestellt.

wie in Abb. C.
Rimozione della copertura anteriore
1. Se installati, rimuovere I lucchetti.
2. Svitare le 6 [Taglia T = 4] viti (6Nm, 4.42ft-lbs) utilizzando un cacciavite Pozidriv
come mostrato in Fig.A&B.
3. Abbassare la leva di carica manuale e far scorrere
la copertura anteriore sopra la maniglia per rimuoverla, come mostrato in Fig. C.
