4.3.5.1 Envelope 1, 2 & 3 in fixed pattern
-- Secondary Disconnect Block A&B
Use the following procedure to install Fixed
Secondary Disconnect accessory into the circuit
breaker.
1. Turn the breaker off and discharge the
closing springs by depressing the OFF and ON
buttons in the sequence OFF-ON-OFF. Verify
that the breaker OFF-ON indicator shows OFF on
a green background and that the charge
indicator shows DISCHARGE on a white
background. If installing in a draw-out type
breaker remove breaker from adaptor (cassette)
before continuing.
2. Loosen the 6 screws on front cover (fascia)
using a Pozidrive screw driver as shown in Fig
1.B
Rotate the charging handle down and slide the
front cover over the handle to remove the front
cover as shown in Fig. 1.
3. Remove all the coils (refer to DEH-41411.)
4. Remove all the equipment wiring and
accessories wiring from the secondary
disconnect.
5. Remove the 3 nuts as shown in Fig 2.
6. Replace the one block assembly with the 2-
block assembly as shown in Fig. 3.
7. Assemble back the 3 nuts as shown in Fig. 4.
8. Complete the SD Wiring.
9. Assemble back all the coil accessories (refer to
DEH-41411).
10. To reinstall the cover, rotate the charging
handle down and slide the front cover over the
handle to assemble the front cover to housing
as shown in Fig. 1.
11. Ensure the fascia is aligned properly with the
trip unit and the pad lock features of the breaker.
12. Fasten the 6 mounting screws of fascia with
the housing using a Pozidrive screwdriver. Apply
torque of 6 Nm (4.42 ft-lbs).

4.3.5.1 Baugröße 1, 2 & 3 Festeinbauschalter

Gehen Sie wie folgt vor, um andere als die
vorhandenen festen Hilfstrennblöcke als
Zubehör an den Leistungsschalter zu montieren.
1. Schalten Sie den Leistungsschalter AUS (OFF)
und entspannen Sie die Antriebsfedern, indem
Sie zunächst auf die Schalterflächen OFF und ON
in der Reihenfolge OFF-ON-OFF drücken. Stellen
Sie sicher, dass der Leistungsschalter-Indikator
OFF auf einem grünen Hintergrund zeigt und das
die Spannanzeige -DISCHARGE- auf einem
weißen Hintergrund zeigt. Wenn Sie den
Hilfstrennblock in einen Ausfahrtechnik-
Leistungsschalter installieren, entfernen Sie bitte
den Leistungsschalter aus dem Einschubträger,
bevor Sie fortfahren.
2. Lösen Sie die 6 Schrauben an der
Frontabdeckung (Fascia) wie in Abb. 1
dargestellt.
3. Entfernen Sie alle Module, wie in deren
Gebrauchsanleitung beschrieben (DEH-41411).
4. Entfernen Sie alle Geräte- und Zubehör-
Verdrahtungen aus dem vorhandenen
sekundären Hilfstrennblock.
5. Entfernen Sie die 3 Muttern, wie in Abb. 2
gezeigt.
6. Ersetzen Sie die kurze Hilfstrennblockvariante
durch die neue Blockvariante, wie in Abb. 3
dargestellt.
7. Schrauben Sie wieder die 3 Muttern wie in
Abb. 4 dargestellt ein.
8. Komplettieren Sie alle SD-Verdrahtungen.
9. Verdrahten Sie wieder alle Modulzubehöre
(siehe auch DEH-41411).
10. Um die Abdeckung neu zu montieren,
drehen Sie den Spanngriff etwas nach unten und
schieben Sie die Frontabdeckung über den
Hebel, wie in Abb. 1 dargestellt.
11. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Frontabdeckung
ordnungsgemäß mit der Auslöseeinheit und den
Sperrfunktionen des Leistungsschalters
ausgerichtet ist.
12. Befestigen Sie die 6 Montageschrauben der
Abdeckung mit einem Pozidrive-
Schraubendreher mit einem Drehmoment von 6
Nm (4,42 ft-lbs).

Utilizzare la seguente procedura per installare
nell'interruttore la morsettiera di sezionamento
ausiliaria nella parte fissa.
1. Spegnere l'interruttore e scaricare le molle di
chiusura premendo i pulsanti ON e OFF secondo
la sequenza OFF-ON-OFF. Verificare che
l'indicatore OFF- ON dell'interruttore mostri uno
sfondo verde e che l'indicatore di carica mostri
DISCHARGE su uno sfondo bianco. Se
l'installazione riguarda un interruttore in
esecuzione estraibile rimuovere l'interruttore
dall'adattatore (parte fissa) prima di continuare.
2. Allentare le 6 viti sulla copertura anteriore
(frontale) con un cacciavite Pozidriv, come
mostrato in Figura 1.B
Abbassare la leva di carica manuale e far
scorrere la copertura anteriore sopra la maniglia
per rimuoverla, come mostrato in Fig. 1
3. Rimuovere tutte le bobine.
4. Rimuovere tutti i cavi degli apparati e degli
accessori dalla morsettiera di sezionamento
ausiliaria.
5. Rimuovere i tre dadi come indicato in figura 2.
6. Sostituire la morsettiera a un blocco con la
morsettiera a 2 blocchi come mostrato in Fig. 3.
7. Riassemblare i 3 dadi come mostrato in Fig. 4.
8. Completare il cablaggio della morsettiera.
9. Rimontare tutti gli accessori della bobina
10. Per reinstallare la copertura anteriore,
abbassare la leva di carica manuale. Fare
scorrere la copertura anteriore sopra la maniglia
per riposizionarla nell'alloggiamento, come
mostrato in Fig.1.
11. Assicurarsi che la copertura anteriore sia
allineata correttamente con il Relè di Protezione
e i meccanismi di bloccaggio dell'interruttore.
12. Serrare le 6 viti di fissaggio della copertura
anteriore con un cacciavite Pozidriv. Applicare
una coppia massima di 6 Nm (4.42 ft-lbs).
