4.4.5 Door Interlock Kit
(Drawout pattern only)
A field mountable accessory, the door Interlock
device can be mounted to the drawout breakers
cassette. It prevents the user from inadvertently
opening the door when the beaker is in the
CONNECTED position.
There are two variants one suited for LEFT and
one for RIGHT hinging doors.
Fig.1 contains one door interlock kit.
Door Interlock
A door interlock mechanism may be fitted inside
the cassette on the right for Left hinged door or
Left for Right hinged door. Specify whether door
is Left Hand or Right hand hinged when
ordering.
Assembly
1. Place spring over the spring pin protruding
from cassette side plate, as shown in Fig.2
2. Position interlock lever as shown in Fig.3
3. Ensure one end of spring leg locates below
second pin and the other leg rests on bottom
edge of lever.
4. Holding lever in position; insert circlips one
each into the groove in the spring pin & Second
Pin (Fig.3). Now the interlock swings in the slot
with respect to the pivot pin A.

4.4.5 Türverriegelung Bausatz
(Nur für Einschubtechnik)
Als ein vorort-montierbares Zubehör kann die
Türverriegelung an den Einschubträger der
Ausfahrtechnik-Anlage angebaut werden. Es
schützt den Anwender vor unbeabsichtigtem
Öffnen der Anlagentür, solange der
Leistungsschalter noch in der BETRIEBS-Stellung
ist.
Zwei Varianten sind erhältlich, eine für LINKS-
und eine für RECHTS-angeschlagenen Türen.
Abb.1 zeigt einen Türverriegelungsanbausatz.

Jeder Bausatz (Abb. 1) beinhaltet
den Verriegelungshebel, das
Verriegelungsblech, eine
Drehfeder, 2x Klemmscheiben und
2x Schrauben.

Ogni confezione contiene una leva
di blocco, una molla elicoidale e le
rondelle di sicurezza (Fig. 1).
La confezione contiene anche una
staffa, le sue viti di montaggio e le
rondelle.
Tür-Verriegelung
Die Türverriegelungsmechanik kann im
Einschubträger auf der rechten Seite für die links
angebrachte Flügeltür oder links für Türanschlag
rechts angebracht werden. Bestimmen Sie bei
der Bestellung, ob die Tür links oder rechts
angeschlagen ist.
Zusammenbau
1. Montieren Sie die Spiralfeder über die
Federaufnahme, die aus der Einschubplatte
hervorsteht wie in Abb.2.
2. Positionieren Sie den Verriegelungshebel wie
in Abb.3
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich ein Ende des
Federschenkels unten dem zweiten Butzen
befindet und der andere Schenkel am unteren
Rand des Hebels eingehakt ist.
4. Halten Sie den Hebel in Position, schieben Sie
die Klemmscheiben in die Aufnahmenuten
(Abb.3). Nun schwingt der Hebel um den
Gelenkzapfen A.

4.4.5 Kit interblocco porte
(Solo modello esecuzione estraibile)
Il dispositivo di blocco della porta può essere
montato in loco sulla parte fissa degli interruttori
in esecuzione estraibile. Esso impedisce di aprire
la porta inavvertitamente quando l'interruttore è
in posizione di CONNECTED.
Sono previste due varianti, una per le porte
incernierate a sinistra e una le porte incernierate
a destra.

All'interno della parte fissa può essere montato
un meccanismo di blocco a destra per la porta
incernierata sinistra o a sinistra per la porta
incernierata a destra. Specificare se porta è
incernierata a sinistra o a destra al momento
dell'ordine.
Montaggio
1. Posizionare la molla sul perno sporgente dalla
piastra laterale della parte fissa, come mostrato
in Fig.2
2. Posizione della leva di interblocco come
mostrato in Fig.3
3. Assicurare un'estremità della molla sotto il
secondo perno e fare appoggiare l'altra sul
bordo della leva.
4. Tenere la leva in posizione; inserire le rondelle
di sicurezza nella scanalatura del perno della
molla e sul secondo perno (Fig. 3). Ora
l'interblocco può oscillare nel suo alloggiamento
rispetto al perno A.
