4.4.1 OPERATIONS COUNTER
The optional pack contains an operations
counter with fixing screws. The unit is fitted to
the inside of the circuit breaker Mechanism. It
indicates and counts each charging operation of
the Breaker mechanism. It is also is available in a
factory mounted variant.
Note: The Operations Counter cannot be reset.
1. Remove the Breaker fascia/Front Cover as
explained elsewhere in this section.
2. Position the mechanical operations counter
(Fig.) over the two holes provided inside the
mechanism bracket, ensuring the indicator face
is aligned to show through the window in the
cover.
3. Ensure that the operating arm (B) of counter is
linked with the spring charging link (A) of the
breaker mechanism and that is correctly
positioned so that it operates freely.
4. Mount in position using the screws provided
and apply torque 2,5-3Nm.

4.4.1 SCHALTUNGSZÄHLER
Das optionale Zubehör beinhaltet einen
Schaltungszähler mit Befestigungsschrauben.
Die Einheit wird in der Innenseite auf die
Leistungsschaltermechanik befestigt. Sie zählt
jeden Spannvorgang des Leistungsschalters. Er
ist ebenfalls werkseitig eingebaut lieferbar.
Hinweis: Der Schaltungszähler kann nicht
zurückgesetzt werden.

1. Entfernen Sie die vordere Abdeckung wie
unten beschrieben.
2. Positionieren Sie den mechanischen
Schaltungszähler (Abb.) über die zwei Löcher des
Auflagerblocks im Inneren des Schalters derart,
dass die Anzeige durch das Fenster in der
Abdeckung sichtbar ist.
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der operative
Mitnehmer(B) des Zählers den Leistungsschalter-
Feder-Mechanismus (A) erreichen kann und frei
arbeitet..
4. Mit den beiliegenden Schrauben in dieser
Stellung mit einem Drehmoment von 2,5-3Nm
befestigen.

4.4.1 CONTATORE DI MANOVRE
Il pacchetto opzionale contiene un contatore di
manovre corredato di viti di fissaggio. L'unità
viene montata all'interno del meccanismo
dell'interruttore. Esso indica e conta ciascuna
manovra di caricamento del meccanismo
dell'interruttore. È disponibile anche secondo
una variante montata in fabbrica.
Nota: Il contatore di manovre non può essere
resettato.

1. Togliere la parte anteriore dell'interruttore
come spiegato in questa sezione.
2. Posizionare il contatore di manovre
meccaniche (Fig.) sui due fori predisposti
all'interno della staffa del meccanismo,
verificando che la parte anteriore dell'indicatore
sia allineata nella finestra della copertura.
3. Assicurarsi che il braccio operativo (B) del
contatore sia assicurato al collegamento di
carica molla (A) del meccanismo dell'interruttore
e che sia posizionato correttamente in modo che
funzioni liberamente.
4. Fissare in posizione utilizzando le viti in
dotazione e applicare una coppia di 2,5-3Nm.
Removal of Front cover
1. Remove pad locks, installed if any.
2. Unscrew the 6 [Env. T = 4] screws (6Nm, 4.42ft-lbs) using a Pozidrive screw driver
as shown in Fig. A&B.
3. Rotate the charging handle down and slide the front
cover over the handle to remove out as shown in Fig. C.
Abbau der Frontabdeckung
1. Entfernen Sie installierte Vorhängeschlösser.
2. Lösen Sie die 6 [Baugr. T = 4] Schrauben (6Nm) mit einem Pozidrive-
Schraubenzieher wie in Abb. A&B dargestellt.
unten, während Sie die Abdeckung für den Abbau nach oben über den Hebel heben,
wie in Abb. C.
Rimozione della copertura anteriore
1. Se installati, rimuovere I lucchetti.
2. Svitare le 6 [Taglia T = 4] viti (6Nm, 4.42ft-lbs) utilizzando un cacciavite Pozidriv
come mostrato in Fig.A&B.
3. Abbassare la leva di carica manuale e far scorrere
la copertura anteriore sopra la maniglia per rimuoverla, come mostrato in Fig. C.
