6.4.6.1 St.AL – Administrator lock: State/close
The administrator lock must be opened in order to modify certain meas-
urement parameters. The administrator lock should be closed when in
normal operating mode. An open administrator lock can be closed by
pressing the "Enter" key and selecting the "locked" option.
