19.1 Internal Memory Size Switching Register

The internal memory capacity of the µ PD78P0208 can be selected by using the internal memory size switching
register (IMS). The same memory map as that of the mask ROM version with a different internal memory capacity
is possible by setting IMS.
IMS is set with an 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
RESET input sets IMS as shown in Table 19-2.
