Description
The phone has not previously obtained an
IP address from a DHCP Server. This can
occur when you perform an out of box or
factory reset.
The CTL and ITL files are installed on the
phone.
A certificate trust list (CTL) file is installed
in the phone.
The phone could not update the certificate
trust list (CTL) file.
DHCP server did not respond.
DNS server did not respond.
DNS could not resolve the name of the TFTP
server or Cisco Unified Communications
Manager.
Another device is using the IP address that
is assigned to the phone.
Erasing CTL or ITL file.

Confirm that the DHCP server is available
and that an IP address is available for the
