13.5 Outputting the Inspection Results to a Compact Flash Memory
Card
This feature outputs the inspection results to a Compact Flash memory card. But, if this function is used during
inspection, the following problems occur. Use the function only for test execution and test run. Never use it during
inspection execution.
It takes too much time to write the inspection result data on the Compact Flash memory card.
The amount of the data stored in the Compact Flash memory card became large during continuous
longtime run, resulting in shortage of capacity.
Data Stored in a CF Card
The data in the table below can save in the Compact Flash memory card when inspection is executed.
The data of the items that have been set to output are output in the orders described below by selecting
"ENVIRONMENT" > "Data Output Settings" > "General Output" from the menu bar.
Output
Output Order
Output data from
1. Number of scans
PV310 during
2. Judgment results (up to 96 data)
inspection
3. Numeric calculation data (up to 96 data)
4. Statistics data (up to 96 data)
Output Settings
In the following cases, the data of each of Scans, Numeric Calculation, and Statistics are not output to the Compact
Flash memory card (unset registers are skipped.)
Each data is set to "Out" under the "General Output" tab, but the setting data do not exist.
The setting data exist, but each data is set to "None" under the "General Output" tab.
The data are output in the same format as that used for RS-232C communication (see page 260).
Destination File
The output data are saved as the following text file.
RES:
RES20050112.txt
20050112:
To output inspection results to a Compact Flash Memory card:
1.
Select "ENVIRONMENT" > "Data Output Settings" > "Output Settings" from the menu bar.
2.
Select "Card".
If the Compact Flash memory card does not have enough storage capacity to save the setting or image data, no
more images are saved. Note that no message saying you failed to save the image is displayed or no signals are
output.
Fixed
Variable. This is the date when the data were output and it uses the
information on Calendar settings stored in PV310. The date information is
updated only when PV310 is turned on. Thus, if the day changes without
turning off the PV310, it keeps on outputting the data to the file with the last
updated date.
