8.
Select "Angle Range".
Select a rotation angle for searching.
Specify an angle within the range from 0 to 180. When you set it to 180, the
PV310 can search within the range of +/- 180° (= 360°). Note that it takes
more time for searching if you set to the wider angles.
9.
Select "Position Adj." and press the ENTER key.
(If a position adjustment checker is not created, the option "Position Adj."
is deactivated.)
When making a position /rotation adjustment, specify the number of
Position Adjustment checker from the submenu. (See page 140 for
Position Adjustment and 152 for Rotation Adjustment.)
10. Select "Corr. Min." and press the ENTER key.
Specify a setting value within the range from 0 to 100. The PV310 detects
only the areas having the degree of similarity higher than the setting value
for "Corr. Min.". If the setting value for "Corr.Min." is "100", only 100%
similar areas will be detected. Therefore, the lower numbers the more
rough inspection, the higher value the more accurate inspection.
11. Select "Display Template" and press the ENTER key.
You can confirm the registered "template image".
12. Press the A key to begin to test.
If the degree of similarity between the image and template image is higher than the minimum degree of
similarity you have set, the image of the object will be judged as "OK". Check the displayed "Judgment",
"Corr", "X"/ "Y", and "Angle" in the message area.
Coordinates are detected in 1/10 pixel and an angle is detected in 0.1 degree. Note that the coordinate
values multiplied by 10 are automatically output to the external device (Corr. Min. /Max. is one-fold value).
Example:
If a detection value is 265.3, the output value is 2653.
If you test on a checker menu, the operation of the PV310 differs depending on the currently displayed image.
