Select "Search Area".
Follow the steps used for area setting (the Search Area function is set to full screen by default).

Select "Position Adj." and press the ENTER key.
(If a position adjustment checker is not created, the option "Position
Adj." is deactivated.)
When making a position/rotation adjustment, specify the number of
Position Adjustment checker from the submenu. (See 140 for Position
Adjustment and 152 for Rotation Adjustment.)

Set "Angle Range".
Select an angle range for searching. Angle range from 0 to 180 is
available. If you set the angle range to "180", the PV310 can search
within the limit of +/-180 (360 ).
Note that the larger the setting value of rotation angle range, the longer
inspection time.

Select "Angle Search".
Before searching the rotation direction of the object, the angle (the level of search angle) at which you want
to let the PV310 search the rotation direction of the object for each inspection. If you set to "Normal", the
PV310 searches while tilting the template by 4-degree angle and re-search around the detected angle at a
low angle.

11. Set "Rot. Accuracy".
Set the minimum unit of detected angle.

12. Select "Sorting".
The submenu is displayed.
Sorting
The Sorting function is necessary for using
the feature data of the object ((for
Calculation, Statistics and Data Monitor
windows). With this function, when multiple
images were detected, they are arranged
in descending or ascending order based on
correlation, and X- /Y-coordinate. You can
specify the number of the object by always
arranging multiple objects in certain order.
