Select "OK Judg. Max.".
The value shown at the right of "OK Judg. Max." is highlighted.
What is OK Judgment Maximum/Minimum value?
These are the standard values of the detected edges. If the results are within the values you set as OK
Judgment Maximum/Minimum, the object will be judged as "OK".
10. Specify the values for "OK Judg. Max." and "OK Judg. Min.".
11. Press the A key to begin to test.
Check for the results and X- /Y-coordinates which appear in the message area on the screen.
When you output the judgment results and the measurement data to the external device, use "Judgment" and
"Num. Calcu." functions respectively.
Search Method:
There are following processing conditions you can
set at "Search Method".
Scan Pitch:
With the use of the Scan Pitch feature, you can set the
spacing between rows (or columns) scanned. The higher
setting values, the faster processing speed, but more rows
(or columns) will be skipped.
Filter/Width:
When the objects you do not want to let the PV310 detect in exists front of the detection parts, this function
allows the device to ignore them. If the noises that exist in front of the object are detected, increase the Width
value. If the noises are detected in front of the round- or sharp-shaped detection parts, increase the "Width" and
"Filter" values.
