Adding a Mask Area
You can set up to 16 mask areas for each checker. (For the flaw inspection function, the number of cells in a
mask area that you can save is not limited.)
1.
Select "Area" from the CHECKER menu.
The Area menu is displayed.
2.
Select "Add Mask".
3.
Choose the desired shape of area from "Rectangle", "Circle", or
"Polygon".
A mask area is added to the center of the image display area.
Changing the Position and Size of an Area or a Mask Area
After you set mask areas, multiple mask areas are displayed on the screen. The way of selecting the area or the
mask area to edit is described below.
1.
Select "Area" from the CHECKER menu.
The Area menu is displayed.
2.
Select "Change".
The color of area will be displayed in yellow, and its start and end points are
shown. If you have already set a mask area, display the area or mask area you
want to change in yellow by tilting the ENTER key up or down and press the
ENTER key to select the area.
3.
In the same steps for setting an area, move and set a start point and set an
end point of a mask area.
Changing a Shape of Area
1.
Select "Area" from the CHECKER menu.
The Area menu is displayed.
2.
Select "Change Shape".
The color of area will be displayed in yellow, and its start and end points are shown.
If a mask area exists, tilt the ENTER key up or down to display the area to change
the shape in yellow. And then, press the ENTER key.
(You cannot change the shape of mask areas.)
3.
Select the shape to set and press the ENTER key
