Procedure
When a problem occurs, do as follows:
1 Examine the system. For example, examine:

The LEDs on the devices.
•
The condition messages of the devices.
2 Write down your findings. When you write down
your findings, you can give an explanation of your
findings to other persons (for example, service
engineers).
3 Refer to chapter 51 to find a solution for the problem
that occurred. When you cannot find a solution,
refer to the Bosch Extranet.
4 When you cannot find a solution for the problem
with chapter 51 or the Bosch Extranet, contact your
supplier.
