MMC 112:
DESCRIPTION:
Allows the system administrator or technician to set or change the alarm clock/appointment reminder feature
for any station. This must be done for single line telephones as they cannot access programming. Three
alarms may be set for each station and each alarm may be defined as a one-time or TODAY alarm or as a
DAILY alarm as described below. The TODAY alarm is automatically cancelled after it rings, while the DAILY
alarm rings every day at the same time. Alarm numbers are 1, 2 and 3.

Press UP or DOWN to select station
and press RIGHT soft key to move cursor

Dial 1-3 to select alarm (eg., 2)
Press UP or DOWN to select alarm and
press RIGHT soft key to move cursor
Press LEFT soft key to return to step 2
4.
Enter alarm time in 24 hour clock
format, eg., 1300
Display will automatically advance
to step 5
5.
Dial valid entry from above list for
alarm type
Press UP or DOWN to select alarm type
and press RIGHT soft key to move cursor
and return to step 2
