Checks
1
Are the connection and wiring of the
following connectors normal?
J209 on the image processor PCB
J308 on the DC controller PCB
2
Set the meter to the 30VDC range,
and measure the voltage between
J301-1 (+; 5 V) and J301-2 (–; GND)
on the DC controller PCB. Is it about
5 V?
Checks
1
Turn OFF and ON the power switch.
Is the problem corrected?
2
Is the connection of the relay con-
nector J2 on the power switch (SW1)
secure?
Set the meter to the ×1KΩ range.
3
Disconnect the relay connector J2,
and connect the probes of the meter
to the following terminals of the
connector (J2M) on the power switch
side. Is the reading of the meter
about 400Ω?
• between J2M-1 and J2M-2
• between J2M-3 and J2M-4
