5.2.6 Drain tray Check

Inflammation or Injury due to
Toxic, Corrosive or Stimulative Solvent
When using a toxic, corrosive or stimulative solvent, be careful
not to incur a physical inflammation or injury. For details of the
properties of each solvent and how to handle it, refer to the
relevant Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Be sure to handle each
solvent properly.
(a)
Wear proper protective clothes (e.g., safety goggles) so
that a solvent will not come into direct contact with the
skin.
(b)
Ventilate the laboratory room adequately to prevent
accidental inhalation of harmful solvent vapor.
Refer to the following procedure and perform operation check and
cleaning for drain tray.
(1)
Loosen the leak sensor set screw with the hexagon wrench.
Detach the leak sensor from the drain tray.
NOTE:
Avoid damage of the tip part of the leak sensor. It may
cause errors.
(2)
Pull out the drain tray from the unit.
(3)
Wipe up the drain tray with soft cloth such as gauze. For
heavy soil, wash it with running water.
(4)
Push the drain tray into the unit after drying well.
(5)
Wipe up the tip part of the leak sensor with soft cloth such as
gauze.
(6)
Fix the leak sensor on the drain tray with screws.
