2.2.3 Sample Injection Procedure

(1) Cut Injection Method Procedure
The cut injection method, the injection volume, the lead
volume, the rear volume, and the air volume are restricted by
the following relational expression. A stroke of the syringe
capacity can't be used all.
<70 µL of Standard syringe >
vi + vl + vr + va + 10 ≦ 70 µL
vi: Injection volume (The sample net volume to the flow path)
vl: Lead volume (The cut volume)
vr: Rear volume (The cut volume)
va: Air volume
(The air volume of the lead and rear part of a sample)
A 40 µL loop is used for the autosampler as the standard.
When 1 µL sample is injected, set 5 µL lead volume and
20 µL rear volume.
