5.2 Periodic Maintenance

Detach the lid of wash tray.
(4)
Detach the injection port with an injection port removal tool.
(5)
Loosen the setscrew for Drain pipe to detach.
(6)
Pull up the wash tray. And then loosen the setscrew for wash
fluid pipe of rinse port to detach.
(7)
Replace the wash tray with a new one, or clean it with an
ultrasonic cleaner.
(8)
Connect the wash fluid pipe to the bottom of rinse port. And
then attach the wash tray to the same position.
(9)
Attach the injection port with the tool used in the procedure (4).
(10) Attach the Drain pipe and connect the setscrew to the same
position.
(11) Attach the lid of wash tray.
(12) Move the needle in the following procedures.
<When maintenance software is used>
(a)
Select the autosampler tab in maintenance software.
(b)
Press the [Function] button.
(c)
Input [X = 29.7, Y = 0.0] in the [Move X-Y] section. And
then press the [Move] button.
<When GUI is used>
Use the MOVE command to move the needle.
(a)
Press Mainte.
(b)
Press Move.
(c)
Press X [mm]: 29.7
Y [mm]: 0.0
(d)
Press Move.
