Items to be prepared:
Hexagonal wrench (1/4 inch)
Hexagonal wrench (2mm, P/N N315001)
Injection port removal tool (Remove tool) (P/N 894-1829)
Injection valve pod (P/N 889-0530)
Seal remover (P/N 889-0538)
Injection port seal (P/N 889-0535)
O-ring P7 (included in P/N 889-0535 injection port seal)
Distilled water

Disconnect the tubes from the injection valve with wrench.
Disconnect the tube connected to port5 with hand.
Port 1: Tube from pump
Port 2: Tube to column
Port 3: Sample loop
Port 4: injection port
Port 5: IV-IV2 tube
Port 6: Sample loop

Detach the lid of the wash tray.

Detach the injection port with an injection port removal tool.
(4)
Loosen the setscrew for Drain pipe to detach.
