5.3.5 Replacing Needles
Items to be prepared:
Wrench (5/16 inch, 12 mm)
Flange needle (P/N 893-0816)
(1)
Detach a sample rack from the rack tray.
(2)
Start maintenance software. Click Maintenance.
(3)
Click Autosampler tab.
(4)
Click Needle Change.
(5)
Using a wrench (5/16 inch) to detach the flange needle while
holding the screw on the needle joint side with a wrench
(12 mm).

Pull out the needle downward with your hand.
