(10) Click Wash button in "Needle Wash" of maintenance software
to fill the needle and the injection port with wash fluid1.
(When two wash fluids are used, replace the wash fluid2 side
with fresh one). Then, make sure that the detergent flows
normally, there are no leaks and the waste solution runs into
the waste bottle.
(11) Click Wash button in "Rinse Port Wash" of maintenance
software to fill the rinse port with wash fluid1.
Then, make sure that the detergent flows normally, there are
no leaks and the waste solution runs into the waste bottle.
NOTE:
Avoid using unsuitable wash fluids for the autosampler
according to 2.2.2 (2). If an unsuitable wash fluid is used,
it may cause degradation in performance or shorter
service life.
