2.2 Setup
2.2.5 Check of Pipe in
Motion
Pipe IV6 (0.1 mL)
After setup, check motion in the following procedure.
(1)
Turn on instrument power supply.
(2)
Move the needle (arm) in the front/rear (Y) direction using
the function command (refer to "analytical operation" in
4.3.2 of autosampler instruction manual), and confirm the
absence of pipe's interference and the normal shape of
the pipe in motion (see Figure 2-8). If the shape is
significantly different from that shown in Figure. 2-8,
setscrew 1 should be retightened with the double pipe
section turned at a certain angle (see Figure 2-3).
