Electrical signal processing

The electrical three-phase signals to be considered as inputs for the functionality are:

The PhaseIdentifier setting determines which of the phases in the three-phase group signals is
actually evaluated in each function instance. The electrical primary signal to be used for monitoring of
CB Close and Open operations is selected by the setting FeedbackSigC and FeedbackSigO
respectively. The corresponding global base value is fetched from a specified GBASVAL instance,
see

For the selected electrical feedback signal (I3P or U3PL), the RMS value is compared with a
threshold value deduced from the settings CloseCThreshold and OpenCThreshold, as detailed in
Table
267. The signal is considered healthy if the RMS of the signal in this phase is greater than both
the CloseCThreshold and OpenCThreshold thresholds. Healthy feedback signal is further interpreted
as the breaker being electrically closed.

Apart from the electrical feedback signals, the function also receives zero crossing time stamps,
average half cycle times and voltage peaks from ANSGPROC function. The processed reference
signal (source voltage) is received at the REFIN input and the healthiness evaluation at the VREFOK
input.

and scaling factor of UBase, to eliminate unwanted signals during breaker closing.
