Operation principle

Boolean 16 to integer conversion with logic node representation function (B16IFCVI) is used to
transform a set of 16 binary (logical) signals into an integer (0...65535), where IN1 represents the
least significant bit (LSB). Activating the BLOCK input will freeze the output at the last value.
