Integer to boolean 16 conversion with
logic node representation

Functionality

Integer to boolean conversion with logic node representation function IB16FCVB is used to transform
an integer to 16 binary (logic) signals.
IB16FCVB function can receive remote values over IEC61850 when the operator position input
PSTO is in position remote. The block input will freeze the output at the last value.
