● Symptom / Cause :
Fuser unit is not installed.
The machine can't detect the fuser installation.
● Troubleshooting method :
1. Turn the machine off.
2. Open the side cover. Check if the fuser unit is insta
3. If the fuser unit is installed, check the followings.
a. Check if both handles are locked correctly.

4. Remove and reinstall the fuser unit.
a. Open the side cover.
b. Remove 2 screws.
c. Take off the fuser unit while holding both handles
d. Install the fuser unit.

5. Turn the machine off then on.
