Gourmet oven dish
The Miele Gourmet oven dish (oven
dish) is available in different sizes.

The oven dish can be used in the oven,
microwave combination oven and on
solid and ceramic glass hobs.
The HUB 62-xx oven dishes are also
suitable for use on induction hobs.
The oven dish can be used for bakes,
casseroles, gratins, pasta dishes and
soups as well as for roasts, roulades or
poultry.
Do not use the dish for baking cakes or
bread.
The oven dish has a non-stick coating,
so food can be removed easily after
cooking and does not usually stick.

Use
Oven
The oven dish, unlike other roasting
dishes, can be placed in the oven
directly on the runners.
There is a safety notch at the back of
the side supports to prevent the oven
dish slipping off the runners in the oven
when you only wish to pull it part of the
way out of the oven.
Place the oven dish in the oven with the
Miele logo visible.
Microwave combination oven

The oven dish is not microwave
safe.
The metal reflects microwaves and
this could cause sparking.
Do not use the oven dish with
Microwave solo or with Microwave
combination programmes.
It can be used in a Microwave
combination oven on all functions that
do not use microwave power. Place it in
the oven on the rack on shelf level 1.
