Modify an imagePRESS Server address book

1 Specify or confirm the administrator email address at Configure > Job Submission > Print via email > Email
Setup > Administrator Email Address.
2 Log into an email application as the administrator specified in the first step, open a new message window, and
apply the plain text format.
3 In the To field, type the email address of the imagePRESS Server.
4 In the Subject field, type the command and the address book name.
5 If adding or removing addresses, list the addresses in the message field. To add or remove more than one address
at a time, list each address on a separate line.
6 Send the message.
The imagePRESS Server sends a response message that includes the relevant information.
