Color Region
Specify the color region of the imagePRESS Server.

Jobs

Specify settings that determine how the imagePRESS Server processes and prints jobs.
Enable Printed Queue
Enables the Printed queue, a storage location on the imagePRESS Server hard disk drive for recent jobs that were
printed from the Print queue. If you do not select this option, jobs are deleted from the imagePRESS Server hard disk
drive immediately after they are printed. Administrators or Operators can reprint jobs from the Printed queue
without resending them to the imagePRESS Server.
Jobs Saved in Printed Queue
Specifies the maximum number of jobs to save in the Printed queue. When the maximum number is reached, the
oldest job is removed when the next job prints.
Note: This option is only available when Enable Printed Queue is selected.
Print Start Page
Prints the start page automatically every time the imagePRESS Server reboots. The start page displays information
about the imagePRESS Server, including the name, current date and time, amount of memory, network protocols,
and print connections.
Note: If scheduled system updates are enabled, the system automatically reboots and may print multiple Start Pages
if the Print Start Page option is enabled at that time.
Preview While Processing
Displays a preview thumbnail in Command WorkStation while jobs process.
Enable RIP While Receive
Processes a job while it is still being received, but only when no other jobs are processing. If not selected, print jobs
process only after they are spooled.
Rip all then print
Processes a job completely before it prints. The reverse order of output is achieved by the process-then-print
mechanism. Even if this option is off, reverse-order printing is still available.
If this option is on, all jobs sent through Direct Connection are canceled.
