Delete Filter
Use to delete an existing filter (user-defined range of IP addresses for filtering).
AppleTalk
Enable AppleTalk
Select whether you have an AppleTalk network connected to the imagePRESS Server. This setting enables the
imagePRESS Server to communicate over AppleTalk networks.
Note: AppleTalk is supported for font downloading only.
AppleTalk Zone
Select the AppleTalk zone in which the imagePRESS Server appears on the network.

Services

The following setup options are available in the Services group.
SMB
Windows Printing enables Server Message Block (SMB), the file and printer sharing protocol built into Windows.
Enable SMB
Enabling SMB allows the imagePRESS Server to be listed on the network so that Windows clients can print to a
particular print connection (Hold, Print, or Direct) on the imagePRESS Server without other networking
software.
For information about setting up a Windows computer for Windows printing, see Printing and the
documentation that accompanies Windows. Windows printing runs via TCP/IP, so you must configure TCP/IP
on the imagePRESS Server and on all computers that use Windows printing.
LPD
Enable LPD
Select this option to allow LPD printing.
Default LPD queue
Choose the default connection for LPD printing if it is not set by the user.
