8.3.9 SOC Exception

Procedure
Step 1 On the iBOX WebUI, choose Home > Mobile Data Info > Modbus RTU connection
status > Connection status. If No Connection is displayed, you need to correctly set the
UPS iBOX parameters. After the communication is normal, the iBOX receives the SOC
adjustment information delivered by the UPS and performs SOC adjustment.
Step 2 Choose Monitoring > Batt. String. Check whether the voltage of one iBAT is N/A. If yes,
check whether the iBAT communicates with the iBOX properly. If the iBAT fails to
communicate with the iBOX properly, rectify the fault by following instructions of
troubleshooting exceptions in networking scenarios.
Step 3 On the iBOX WebUI, choose Monitoring > iBOX System > Battery String Running Info.
Check whether a current of a battery string is displayed. If no current is displayed, check
whether the Hall effect sensor is securely connected. If not, fasten it.
