8.3 FAQ

8.3.1 How Do I Reset the iBOX IP Address?

If you forgot the IP address, hold down the Default button on the iBOX for more than 10
seconds and less than 20 seconds. Then the ALM indicator blinks at short intervals, and the
iBOX IP address is restored to the factory default value (192.168.0.10).

8.3.2 Disabling an Alarm

Procedure
Step 1 On the iBOX Web homepage, choose System Settings > Alarm Configuration.

Step 2 Set Select a Device type and click Confirm.

Step 3 Select the name of the alarm to be disabled, set Alarm Enable to Disable, and click Submit.
