Prerequisites
Context
Procedure
Step 1 Log in to the UPS WebUI.
Step 2 Choose Monitoring > Control > System Commands and Tests, and click Start for
Capacity test.

Step 3 Check the battery string current.
If the difference between the Str Cur (A) of each battery string and the measured battery
string current is less than 2% of the Hall effect sensor specification (for example, the
difference is less than 4 A for a 200 A Hall effect sensor), the system cable connections are
proper.

Issue 07 (2019-12-30)
Ensure that the load power is more than 30% of the rated UPS load and the discharge
current of a single battery string is greater than 30% of the measuring range of the Hall
effect sensor.
The UPS works in normal mode; float charging or hibernation has lasted for 2 hours
after the state of charge (SOC) reaches 100%; the system load ratio fluctuation is less
than 10%.
No battery overtemperature, overvoltage, or overcurrent alarm is triggered. The mains,
batteries, charger, and discharger are normal. No overload alarm is triggered. No
generator is connected to the UPS.
Take power backup measures to prevent the system from powering off when a battery
fault occurs or batteries are completely discharged.
If the iBAT is installed for the first time, check whether its status is normal. You are
advised to perform a capacity test.
If batteries are detected to be abnormal, you are advised to perform a capacity test to
determine the battery status.
