This chapter describes the procedure for installing the GPS surge protector.
Context
Two types of GPS surge protector can be installed on the IFS06, as shown in

(1) GPS surge protector A
Procedure
Step 1 Remove the nut and toothed washer from the type N female connector of the GPS clock signal
cable, as shown in

NOTE
l One or two GPS surge protectors can be installed on the IFS06, depending on the onsite requirements.
l GPS surge protector A does not require a PGND cable.
