Chapter 8: Maintenance

Wait for the display to turn off, and then turn off power to the Analyzer using the main power switch on
the side of the Analyzer.

Open the door of the Analyzer.
4.
Disconnect the tubing that connects to the barbs on the gas-liquid separator.
5.
Loosen the screw that secures the gas-liquid separator bracket, and pull the gas-liquid separator away
from the Analyzer.
6.
Gently pull the components of the gas-liquid separator apart over an appropriate waste receptacle and
dispose of the water.
7.
Rinse the gas-liquid separator with water to remove any residue inside it.
8.
Reassemble the gas-liquid separator.
9.
Fill the gas-liquid separator with DI water from the center port on top until the clear tube on the gas-
liquid separator is completely full.
10. Secure the gas-liquid separator to the bracket by tightening the screw. Do not over-tighten.
11. Reconnect the tubing to the correct barbs.
12. Perform other maintenance tasks, or close the Analyzer door and return the Analyzer to normal
operation.
