Checking the Operating Status

Introduction
Using LCI, you can check the status of all operating parameters of the optical
amplifiers.
Note: Not all parameters pertain to every optical amplifier. However, some optical
amplifiers have multiple lasers and have multiple laser temperatures, limits, bias,
etc. These multiples are designated in numeric order. For example, Laser Bias
Current 1, Laser Bias Current 2, Laser Bias Current 3; Laser Temperature 1, Laser
Temperature 2, Laser Temperature 3, etc.

Checking the Operating Status

To monitor the optical amplifier operating parameters, follow these steps.
1. In the module tree, right-click the Prisma II Optical Amplifier, and then click
Details.
