Door Glass and Regulator Replacement
NOTE:
. Put on gloves to protect your hands.
. Take care notto scratch the door.
. Take care not to drop the window glass inside the door.
1. Remove these items:
. l n n e r h a n d l e a n d r o d c r a n k ( s e e p a g e 2 0 - 7 )
. Plastic cover (see page 20-2)
2. Remove the door glass and regulator in numbered sequence:
' Hold the adjusting bolts with a hex wrench when removing the locknuts.
. Scribe a line around the stabilizer mounting bolt, the glass mounting bolts, and the regulator mounting nuts to
show the original locations.

OLoosen the bolt.

22 N.m

16 tbf.ft)
OCarefully move the glass until you
can remove tne glass stop.
