Removing the Projector and Installing the Privacy Panel
To remove the projector and install the new privacy panel, complete the following steps.inst
Power off the projector by turning off the power switch located on the back of the unit.
Step 1
Unplug the VGA cable from the back of the unit.
Step 2
Unplug the power cable from the back of the unit.
Step 3
Remove two of the six screws that hold the projector assembly to the underside of the center tabletop.
Step 4
These screws are the rear-most of the six screws and the furthest away from the projector lens.
Loosen the remaining four mounting screws.
Step 5
Remove the projector assembly by sliding the unit to the side until the projector mounting bracket
Step 6
disengages from the loosened mounting screws.
On some Cisco TelePresence models, you remove the projector assembly by sliding it to the front, rather

than the side.
Remove the screws that attach the mounting plate to the projector and remove the plate.
Step 7
Attach the privacy panel cover to the front of the privacy panel.
