6.3.6.8 Monitoring data transfer to the FTP server
Now you can check the data transfer to the FTP server using a suitable FTP client (i.e. "Filezilla"). Data
should now be automatically transferred at the intervals programmed in the ComFTP from the volume
conversion device to the server.

6.3.7.1 Preparation
Prerequisites for process described below:
The Insys Ethernet module (Elster No. 04407090) has been installed on a modem adapter board
(Elster No. 73016717) as described in "Vormontage_Ethernet_FA_a.doc".
This modem adapter board is configured using the modem parameterization adapter. With this the
following parameters must be checked and if necessary set (ask your IT department):
• IP address (must not be a duplicate)
• Port number (i.e. 40000)
• Gateway (z.B.10.1.1.1)
• Subnet mask (i.e. 255.255.0.0)
• Insys Ethernet module S0 register set to 200
This modem adapter board must then be installed in the FE260.
The FE260 is connected and configured as described in chapter 6.3.1.
