VX4792 User Manual
The *TST? common query performs the self-test and returns the results. If an
error is detected during self-test, execution is immediately stopped.
NOTE. The waveform generator does not respond to any commands or queries
issued during the self-test. The self-test takes up to 90 seconds to complete.
